Islay Scotland is known for its distilleries, who use the aromatic peat as a fuel source to dry and smoke the malt used in their whiskeys.  This gives their whiskey, and now our B.O.R.I.S. Stout, a unique and inviting smokey character which compliments its roasty, toasty, and caramelized characters oh so well.
