About the Class
Join us for a hands-on evening with our in-house chef as you learn the craft of building a beautiful and balanced charcuterie board.
You’ll learn how chefs choose and arrange meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts, breads, and condiments to create boards that are both visually stunning and delicious. We’ll also briefly explore the history of charcuterie and the different styles of cured meats so you better understand what you’re tasting.
After a short demonstration, each pair will assemble their own board with guidance from our chef, learning techniques for folding meats, portioning cheeses, and arranging ingredients so the board looks full, balanced, and inviting.
By the end of the evening, you’ll have the confidence to walk into a grocery store and build a charcuterie board that looks and tastes like something from a restaurant — and you’ll leave with your own finished board to enjoy at home or bring along to your next gathering or special occasion.
